Infosys BPO Poland has been operating in Lodz since 2007. It was founded in 2003 as the Philips Shared Service Center and then taken over by Infosys BPO. Infosys BPO is one of the largest foreign investors in Lodz and one of the biggest employers in the region with its 1 200 highly qualified professionals that provide BPO services in multiple languages to the customers worldwide.  The company’s offering includes: Finance and Accounting  Procurement Logistic Claim Handling, Master Data Management (MDM) Trade Promotion Management High End Services – Management Reporting, Consolidation and Support Office Knowledge Services – Internal Audit and Sox, Process Standardization Services, Project Management Services IT Infrastructure Services and IT Application Development and Support    Infosys BPO is an employee-centric organization, and thus its employees are the company’s most important assets. The company employs over 1200 highly qualified professionals: 79% university degree 18% ACCA, professional post-graduate studies, PhD, executive MBA 50% of leaders certified by the Ministry of Finance on professional skills to perform accounting advisory services (‘Certified Accountants’) The Finance, Procurement and Sales and Fulfillment Centers of Excellence are hosted in Lodz to share best practices and expertise in these areas within Infosys BPO.
