The Czech Republic is said to be “in the heart of Europe”. The location was chosen for the excellent access to highly skilled multilingual talent pool, good infrastructure and geographic & cultural proximity to European offices of our clients. We are present in Brno and Prague since we know that the linguistic and domain expertise in combination with the cultural closeness is the key to high quality service.


The language proficiency levels provided cover all of the client's needs required for transaction processing activities. We also develop customer specific language support approaches for large scale engagements or processes requiring fluent proficiency levels or voice services. Our teams in these areas are multilingual, as we deliver service primarily to European offices of our clients. We work in 15 European languages and out team is capable to provide services in 26 world languages.

Working on GDM we are able to deliver  clients 24 hour 7 days a week live service. The teams at Brno and Prague DCs ensure that the high level tasks are executed with appropriate linquistic skill and cultural fit. We employ 420 highly qualified professionals, 80% of which has a university degree, working on both data and voice services.

 

The Sales and Fulfillment Center of Excellence is hosted by Brno to share best practices and expertise in this area within Infosys BPO.
