Infosys BPO Poland - Business Partner of the Lodz University 

In recognition of its long-term relationship with the Lodz University Infosys BPO Poland has been awarded the title of the Partner of Innovative Education 2010 and 2011.

Infosys BPO Poland is a member of the following bodies at the Lodz University:  

• Business Council of the Faculty of Management 
• Business Council of the Faculty of Sociology and Economics
• Business Council of the Faculty of International Studies and Politics
• Businees Council of the Faculty of Linguistics

Infosys BPO Poland is one of the partners of the Management Faculty of the University of Lodz. In recognition of the support that we offer to the Faculty and its students, our company was awarded with the title of the Faculty’s Partner of the Year 2009. The prize strengthens our position as a significant employer in the Łódź region.

The Faculty of Management appreciated our long-term cooperation with the university, as well as our contribution into the education of students of the Lodz University. The prize is awarded to those members of the Faculty’s Business Council, which are seen as leaders among the employers as preparing students for the labour market requirements. 

We organize classes and lectures at the Faculty of Management and sponsor the Infosys-branded and equipped lecture room at the Faculty.

Infosys co-founding the postgraduate studies in BPO/SSC at the Lodz University

Infosys BPO Poland closely cooperates also with the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz. We are the Faculty’s business partners and co-founder of the BPO/SSC postgraduate studies. Our professionals have co-created the program and are in the group of lecturers. The project is novel in character, as it is the first study in Poland that focuses on managing BPO and SSC centers.

Infosys BPO Poland - Business Partner of the Technical University of Lodz 

Infosys started its co-operation with the International Faculty of Engineering, Technical University of Lodz in 2010. Infosys was a chief sponsor of the INFY-IFE  team at the international academic regatta in Brest 2010.

Infosys in the Mlodzi w Lodzi Project

Infosys BPO Poland is actively involved in the programme. We organize trainings for young people (the process of purchase in SSC, consolidation and the reporting processes in corporation, practical use of DMAIC as an efficient method of introducing improvement projects, internal audit and the methods of recruitment), promote Lodz in TV programmes which focus on the project “Młodzi w Łodzi”: TV Patio, TV Toya and TVP1 (Kawa czy herbata) and endow grants to the students (1 grant per 1 academic year).

Infosys BPO Poland is in a partnership with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a global body for professional accountants. In December 2009 in recognition of the support that Infosys BPO Poland offers to its employees, our company received the awards of ACCA Approved Employer for trainee development (at a gold level) and ACCA Approved Employer for professional development.
