Job Application 
You can apply for any advertised position at our web pages by clicking a “reply” button or you can register via the web page. We will require English version of your resume and/or cover letter.

Application Screening
We read thoroughly each application that we receive. Going through the CVs we are looking at the language capability, education level, professional experience and domain of expertise of the candidate. Candidates whose skills and experience match any of the open position are contacted by phone and invited to take part in a recruitment process.

Recruitment Process
The recruitment process aims at testing your competence. During the process you get to interact with a representative of HR department and the person who would be your direct superior. We are looking at several things, some of which cover your interest in the position and career expectation, your professional background, and language capabilities (specialized language tests). Your domain knowledge as well as your fitment in the current team are also assessed in the process. We further discuss with you the general working environment, atmosphere in our teams and benefits offered by Infosys. Last but not least, you will also be explained the job responsibilities in detail so by the time you will have finished the interview, you will have a very clear picture of the scope of your future activities.

 

A model recruitment process of Infosys BPO Poland consists of 4 phases: a telephone HR interview (in Polish and English or another foreign language), the Assessment Center (a role play exercise or a group discussion, process knowledge tests), the Language Assessment (language tests or a foreign language conversation with the client) and a final interview phase.   

Feedback
During the interview we will inform you on the time frame for giving you feedback. We will notify you of the result either by phone or by mail and provide you our feedback upon request. In Infosys BPO Brno a successful candidate additionally receives a proposal of the job contract via email. Infosys BPO Czech Republic has two starting dates per month: at the beginning and in the middle of the month. This arrangement allows to organize an induction training for all new employees that enables successful integration of our new colleagues into our corporate structure. In Poland a routine procedure for successful candidates would be a meeting with our recruitment specialist who discusses all formal and documentation issues and provides additional information on the corporate culture and next steps to be taken by our future employee.
