Marie from Brno Center Print E-mail

Hi, I am Marie. I work as a Senior Process Executive in the Sales&Fulfillment area in the Brno office of Infosys BPO.
I have been working for Infosys since June 2009. When searching employment, I was looking for an international and dynamic company, where I could utilize my language skills (especially French); that was my strict and basic condition. Infosys was a big challenge for me! I am a member of the French speaking team in the Sales&Fulfillment area. My job role is concerned with order administration; mainly it involves setting up data / contracts into the system, compiling reports, communication both with the customers and with my colleagues. I am developing my skills, learning new activities, in order to grow in my profession.

Marcin from Lodz Center Print E-mail

My name is Marcin. I have been working in Infosys BPO Poland for 9 years. At present, I’m holding the position of Operational Manager in the General Ledger Department providing services to one of the biggest clients of the Center.
I began my adventure with Infosys BPO (previously Philips SSC) in September 2003 when, as an accountant together with a group of twenty other people, I took part in one of the first migrations of accounting processes from the client’s local branch to the centre in Łódź. Each assigned task was an interesting challenge and the next step in my career path.

Klara from Brno Center Print E-mail

My name is Klara. I work as a Team Lead in the Insurance area in Infosys BPO in the Czech Republic.
I have been working with Infosys Brno since 2004. I joined as CSR for the German team and after induction training I started processing for one of the clients in the Sales&Fulfillment area. For this client I was also asked to participate on creation of detailed process documentation. After 4 months our client decided to transfer additional process to Brno and I became a member of the transition team. (Transition team is a team that cares about precise and effective transfer of a process form the client office to Infosys office.) My responsibilities included planning, process documentation, recruitment and process training for new colleagues. When the new process went live, I was appointed as a coordinator for the same and stayed in the role for about a year. In the meantime I also went through an extensive quality training in India after which I got involved in several quality initiatives on the engagement level, for example preparation for the ISO audit.
